So if a mission fails when an animal or a zombie or a ghost sees you, that makes no sense, so the feature is broken in my opinion. The undead can't call the cops, and no burrick is going to rat out anyone. A crow can't describe Garrett to a sketch artist. The only reason to ghost a mission is for no witness to be able to tell anyone about an intrusion. Personally, I wouldn't play with the so-called 'ghost' -setting activated, because I think it's broken. NuGarrett players vicariously gloat on leaderboards as NuGarrett insists on uploading his scores there. He was supposed to be someone who few people even believed could exist. And the last thing he wanted was for people to know it was him who accomplished the heist with such meticulous professionalism. He didn't avoid murder out of morality, or refuse to leave without just one more silver candlestick out of necessity.

The old Garrett made things harder for himself just to please himself. I think it's quite fitting for this new Garrett character, that the people playing as him in the highest egomaniac levels, get their achievements posted online.
